Natalie Cordray is a freelance Director and Producer with over 15 years of experience spanning commercial film, photography, television, and branded content. Her career has taken her to sets worldwide, producing everything from large-scale advertising campaigns to intimate, human-centered stories.

Having worked extensively with advertising agencies, Natalie brings a deep understanding of the agency production lifecycle, seamlessly navigating creative development, bidding, production, and post. She combines creative instinct, technical expertise, and operational leadership with a genuine appreciation for the people who bring great work to life.

In 2022, she founded Rowdy Productions, an independent production company supporting commercial film and photography projects.

Passionate about developing emerging talent, she launched Production Lab in 2025, an educational initiative helping aspiring professionals break into the industry. She also serves as a mentor through the Kansas City Ad Club.

As a director, Natalie finds inspiration in the beautifully complicated, wonderfully absurd nature of the human experience. Her approach to storytelling is rooted in curiosity, connection, authenticity, and the belief that sometimes the most meaningful moments begin with a shared laugh.
